No doubt in my mind it's the same pool. It's not exact, but all the major elements and shapes are there. Archer fan here, I believe this is from Archer Vice, the season where they are trafficking cocaine (Skinny Pam) and working against the FBI in the beginning of the season and with the CIA at the end. This particular scene I believe Dr. Krieger had decided to build a submarine as a vehicle for quietly shipping the cocaine, but gets angry when it is pointed out to him that he built it in the pool and so therefore was useless. I don't remember if this pool/scene was inside Cheryl/Crystal's palatial mansion or some other building.
