Boycott all the jews in all aspects of life.
This forces them into enclaves called ghettos.
Ban jews from participating in all goy of society.
Place armed people around the ghettos, and if they attempt to come out, open fire.
If jews break out laws, make sure they are severely punished.
The key to this is education. The problem is that most people have no idea how Judaism works. If they knew the "Torah Jew" scam, and that all Jewish law comes from and is enforced by rabbis, and that the "instruction" manual for Judaism is not the Torah, but the Talmud, people would know that the jews cannot, under any circumstances be trusted in society.
If non-jews severely punished other non-jews for supporting or aiding jews, most would not run the risk.
Both the history and the true ways of the jews have to be taught to children, etc.

I see that, according to that map, there are shared influences (i.e. jews "borrowed" from) Zoroastrianism, taking place over a long period of time.
