Obviously emaciated.
Obviously tormented- just look at the dark circles around her eyes.
Her mouth is unusual, cheeks drawn in like you'd expect to see in an older person that had lost teeth but had no dentures.
Is it possible that the dental procedure happens prior to death?
Is this why the kids all have the same type of mouth; like a small "o"?
If indeed the teeth are removed to obfuscate identification, I'd think the evil pos would rather do the extractions prior to death. j/s and in the big picture, it doesn't matter.
