The problem is the Clowns. They were caught flooding the streets of America with crack in the 1980s (see Mike Levine & Gary Webb). They're now doing the same thing with fentanyl. They see the war on weed dying down. They want to keep their money & power, so they're pushing fentanyl everywhere.
