The First extreme trauma "mind split" is when the child is first raped. Could be from 18 months old, 2 years old… they consider that a child at 6 years old is too old to start MK/Monarch mind control programming because at 6 years old the child's mind is starting to develop a sense of self and reason. The torture/programming goes on for 16-18 YEARS to produce a mind controlled slave.
I heard an interview on ytube recently in which an insider says that the technology has advanced so much by the 2000's that (((they))) can insert programming into the minds directly via hi-tech machines, and they program a group of 30-40 at the same time.
They no longer need to do the extreme physical ,sexual, drug and psychological torture that was used back in the 80's and 90's.
