I had a cool Boa video I was going to upload last night (I saw it at Sonic Drive in), but the file was huge, even though it was just a few seconds. Here is Paco, got my daughter to hold him so I could take a pic. It was a bit dark though.

Thanks. He is really attached to me. If I am not here but others are he screams all day. As long as he can see me he is calm & happy. If someone comes to look at something on my computer screen, he thinks they are too close to me and he starts screaming then too.
I have a watchdog & a watchbird.
My little African Grey knows the two macaws names (I also have a Blue & Gold named Mia). If one of them is screaming he will call them out by name:
"Mia Stop"
"Paco Stop"
and he always says the right name of the one yelling, love my birds!!

Thanks, I saved both. I already got in trouble for talking too much this bread. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for these. I love this bird more than you know, he is a gentle soul who was kept with a mate as an unsuccessful breeding pair for 20 years (his mate died). When I got him he was so traumatized by the move & transport that he threw up :(
He was panting and scared, I thought he was going to have a heart attack… I bravely offered my arm, fully expecting to be mauled.
Even after 20+ years of no direct human contact he happily jumped on my arm and was glad for the help. He snuggled up to my chest and calmed down.
