So what we mean to say is find the system that it is possible to have an observer in (or get to that system); and you would have a new C relative to the observer...
But we are thinking in magnitudes in this case. The relative c to you and me or a tree, or even the moon doesnt change much. But what would it be to the sun? or a galaxy? We can think in terms of relationship of mass, and how c would work for relative mass to us, and then the earth, and then plug in the sun.

4d set applies to everything , even small things, Earth has a 4d relative to its own state.
I think you and I and everyone can agree on the harmony between all sets. Except Quantum because the act of our observation disturbs the set; Life couldnt exist on Earth, our observer status would be revoked so to speak if the Sun was conscious and rolled right into earths atmosphere to take a peek at human life (assuming in this thought experiment sun is conscious and would do so.)
