Perhaps we are to not only 'listen very carefully' to the content of Trump's language, but to 'listen very carefully' to the audio of the file, to find something hidden. Nothing Trump states is unclear in this auditory sense of the clarity of signal. The 'hidden noises' must be the people in the crowd who are yelling.

– both content of speech / ideas, and to notice all that is captured in the audio signal, finding the faint sounds -{Did the Beatles say "I buried Paul" or "cranberry sauce"? we must listen very carefully to decide.}-
Does it make sense for him to include 'logical truths' as also being effected by an analysis of synonymy? It seems a better route would be to identify the semantic aspects of the second class as being distinct from what lends analyticity to 'logical truths.' Logical truths cannot be transformed into anything in any way 'synthetic' because of semantic analyticity being non-absolute. The lack of importance of the semantic value of a mathematical statement doesn't permit a meaningful 'sense of completeness or incompleteness of prior set of concepts or rules' to be stated. This is not meeting a Godel-type issue, it is a prior unrelated delimitation of what is a 'logical truth' in the first place. Godel's issues do not make contact with the arguments of Quine, but it seems like he wants to suppose something like this is going on.
The 'semantic aspects' are unsatisfactory to some philosophers because it is considered subjective or ill-defined. I think this position doges the reality of 'semantic aspects' of thought being something that is clear and distinct from the 'rule following and abstract definitional' aspects of analytic truths / 'logical truths'. There are things/processes that exist yet to us are only 'qualia' as to say seemingly inherently subjective phenomena.
