I'm pretty much convinced at this point that white hats have some sort of timeline viewing device or time travel ability. The precision and amount of moving parts in this plan are almost unbelievable, and that's only looking at what we know.

I agree that Big Data would have the ability to predict many things in general especially for large groups of people, but specific events with very specific people who apparently have alot of secret power would be almost impossible to predict. That 2% would of definitely thrown the plan askew a long time ago.
