When digging further on brewing and the OP of this dig, I found St. Louis has some very interesting names and atmospheres for some particularly strange areas around town. SOULard is the area of the caves and breweries that were mentioned. There are a lot of abandoned buildings, so I'm sure shit goes down there. The Grove, where do witches perform magic? Then there is Cherokee Street which has a bar with a fortune teller... Pretty bizarre.
Caves are everywhere in that city.
