The GOAT like form of Bahomet references the Biblical “Scapegoat” the Hebrews psychically burdened with their “sins” each year and banished alone out into the desert. The Scapegoat was not “bad” the “sins” were.
The CADUCEUS (means “fall of man”) in the center of the figure references the SPINAL Column, like Jacobs Ladder, can take one spiritually DOWN or UP like a musical scale. The Spinal Cord is not good or bad. However Man chooses his vice (down) or virtue (up) - whether to be selfish or helpful. It is not thrust upon us, although we can be tricked like Pinocchio or like today’s fake news into following a negative path.
WINGS means the ability to travel thru various frequencies and dimensions, like birds that can travel on water, land or air.
The Cabal Elite use symbolism like a language signaling to each other that they are in the same (they think) exclusive club. As others learn the meaning of the symbols, the symbol loses its potency because it is no longer a “secret” Cabal Elite language.
