Question. If this q has reached over a millon people then why arent the breads filling up within a very short period of time? I mean shit, some cute youtuber gets thousands of comments during a live chat, but something as severe as all this only takes at least 30 or so mins?

Well, with the ability to moniter thoughts you could manipulate any and everyone into a conformation bias. Add in all the bells and whistles of emotion manipulation, dream manipulation, motor function, shit you name it, and no one will ever know the truth of its origin.
The end result is subjective truth, which just so happens to be the norm anyways. And since people already puff up and strut to protect psychological territory, well, easy pickings for the taking.
