So the story goes about brain cancer and stopped medication.
Death at a premeditated time, what a coincidence.
Also the death very soon after stopping medication is suspicious.

By chance it would have shown up visibly or audibly.
Sudden death right after ending medication is unusual. If we can say normally… it would take days or weeks. If it takes just a day or two the person would have been very weak already.
