Yes Military Tribunals for a select few happened in late 2017 as suggested before. This graphic explains the reason Trump had to delay the process throughout 2017 until Q started posting 10.28.17.

Obama did issue a pardon for himself and others. That's why Trump tweeted about pardoning himself. Obama thought (they) could get Trump impeached by June 2017, and the pardons were an attempt to stall and delay for six months and avoid immediate arrests once Trump took office.

Regardless, Trump was patient and built the entire case against all of them first from every angle. Federal. State. Military. International.

And then in late 2017, Trump was able to begin Military Tribunals for all of it collectively.

This graphic simply explains the timing and steps Obama undertook to stall and delay while trying to get his MSM buddies to force an impeachment.

They don't have a time limit. They have a timeframe. In other words, a person can only be pardoned for a crime that has occurred on or before the date of the pardon. This Jan 20, 2017 or earlier. Read Proclamation 4311 from Ford for Nixon as an example. That's why Trump needed to get (them) to commit crimes after Jan 20, 2017 to strengthen his case and not require the annulment of Obama's Presidency.

True but Trump had to remain President long enough to prove it wasn't fake. This process is easier. Just get them to commit new crimes after Jan 20, 2017 is a much easier path to trial.

US Citizens are only protected by our Constitution if they commit a crime within the US or on a US Military Installation. We cannot transfer their rights to a trial in the US for crimes committed in the US to another nation. Howver, lets say Hillary harmed children in Saudi Arabia or Obama did the same in North Korea. In those cases, the US Citizen could be extradited to those nations to face trial. Pastor Brunson is probably in the news as a mirror for this process of extradition.
