We need 150 signatures to get it to the main page. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it needs to say "Internet Bill of Rights" and #WH Petition on the title and on memes.
Once I have it done, I will spam the hell out of this board until we get it to the MAIN White House page.

We The People of The United States do hereby petition The Congress, The House of Representatives, and The President of The United States, Donald. J Trump, to begin crafting an Internet Bill of Rights for all Americans based on, but not limited to the following:
Right #1. We The People of The United States have the right to complete free speech when online.
Right #2. We The People of The United States have the right and shall be guaranteed absolute privacy when online. There shall be no unauthorized monitoring, recording, or storing of our data by 3rd parties.
Right #3. We The People of The United States shall be given access to the most up to date and high speed technology available to us. Recognizing that the Internet is our new market place and press room, which are essential to a free society, all provisions and efforts shall be made by our elected officials to ensure that our Internet infrastructure’s quality is always reflective of its importance to our Republic.
Right #4. We The People of The United States have the right to NOT have our Internet throttled, prioritized, or restricted in any way, at any time.
Right #5. We The People of The United States, recognizing the vital nature the Internet, have the right to select and appoint a special council to oversee and ensure that the spirit and the letter of not only this Internet Bill of Rights, but the original Bill of Rights, is enforced throughout the industry to the best of their ability. A report on the “State of the American Internet” will be due to the President of The United States by January 15 of each calendar year.
