Procurement Integrity Act Investigation, Case 2017-5055-OI

This investigation was a follow-up to a previous case (Procurement Integrity Act Investigation, Case 2016-5084-OI6) to determine the extent of U.S. Government information was stolen by four former DIA contractor employees (i.e., title 18 United States Code section 641, “Theft of Government Property”). There was insufficient evidence to substantiate any further theft of U.S. Government information beyond what was reported in the earlier investigation
