I thought I saw a news chopper with callsign something like NEWS-1 following that flight path, for a few moments on ADSB, not visible now.
Shows the owner as Helicopters, Inc.
and shows takeoff from Ft. Meade, like you said.

It certainly does. I'm blessed that spouseanon and I are both on the chan. Kek. At least we have somebody to talk to. I rarely go anywhere or encounter any normal people, except maybe in the grocery store, which is tolerable b/c you don't have to say much except how's the weather.
