I must have posted about Hussein's 2012/13 midnight Amendment to the 1948 Smith-Mundt Act which removed the ban on domestic propaganda at least a dozen times here after I was banned from GLP when (((they))) overran the wire on that GCHQ data mining site. Glad some other anons think it's noteable worthy. Who sponsored that Amendment? Will dig.
The tweak to the bill would essentially neutralize two previous acts—the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and Foreign Relations Authorization Act in 1987—that had been passed to protect U.S. audiences from our own government’s misinformation campaigns.
