FOX News legal expert and author Gregg Jarrett told Lou Dobbs Tonight that the Supreme Court needs to get involved to prevent abuse of the FISA Court.

This comes after Judicial Watch reported on Friday that the Justice Department admitted in a court filing this week that the FISA court never held hearings on the FISA applications for former Trump advisor Carter Page.

Gregg Jarrett: He (Supreme Court Justice) appointed all 11 FISA judges and he is in charge of them. He should direct Rosemary Collyer, the presiding judge to hold a hearing, a show-cause hearing, why people shouldn’t be held in contempt, haul the Department of Justice, the FBI in front of them and have them explain themselves. And if they don’t to the satisfaction of the court, if the court believes there was a fraud on the court and surely there was here, then they should make a criminal referral to the Department of Justice against the DOJ officials and the FBI.

California Gov. Jerry Brown gave new rights to illegal aliens – and he wants to give more

California Governor Jerry Brown is considering granting rights usually reserved to U.S. citizens to illegal aliens – after he’s already extended some rights to illegal alien students.

Here’s what Brown did for California

On Monday it was announced that Brown had signed a bill that would allow in-state students to serve on school committees – even if they were illegal aliens.

California Assemblymember Jose Medina (D) celebrated the signing of his bill by Brown from his social media account.

“Excited to announce that #AB1887 was signed by @JerryBrownGov!” he tweeted. “AB 1887 ensures all students that qualify for in-state tuition can participate on college boards and commissions, regardless of age or immigration status,” he explained.

“These leadership opportunities help develop critical skill sets and give students experiences that will help launch their careers,” Medina added in a statement. “I am proud that the Governor saw the need for this bill and that all California students will now be eligible to participate in this fulfilling college experience.”

Medina’s statement indicated that the bill included an “urgency clause” which meant that it would go into effect immediately.

Here’s what Brown wants to do to California

Brown is considering signing a law passed by the California legislature that would grant illegal aliens the right to serve on planning commissions and state boards.

The bill is called the California Inclusion Act.

Brown has been a combative critic of the president and his policies, especially those having to do with illegal immigration. In April, Brown accused the president of waging a “war on California” through his immigration policies.

“We didn’t get built on just the indigenous people, far from it, we destroyed the indigenous people and had nothing but immigration,” Brown claimed at the time. “That’s the story of California, I think we oughta remember that.”

Trump has specifically targeted California and its governor for his scorn.

“Looks like Jerry Brown and California are not looking for safety and security along their very porous Border,” he tweeted in April. “He cannot come to terms for the National Guard to patrol and protect the Border.”

“The high crime rate will only get higher,” he added. “Much wanted Wall in San Diego already started!”

Manufacturing dissent: Leaked footage reveals US Israel lobby astroturfing student event (VIDEO)

A fake pro-Israel protest manufactured by US-based lobbying groups has been exposed in an exclusive clip from a censored Al Jazeera documentary on Israel’s influence in the US.

The release of the much-anticipated US version of undercover documentary The Lobby has been stalled since the UK version, which aired in 2017, revealed Israel’s influence within the Labour party and its role in drumming up accusations of anti-Semitism.

The US version is yet to be broadcast, reportedly because of pressure placed on Qatar, which owns Al Jazeera. The delay has prompted segments to be leaked.

The Conspiracy of Scientific Fraud = 70% of Experiments Cannot Be Replicated, 50% of Researchers Cannot Reproduce Their Own Results

Scientists are shameless whores when it comes to guilt by omission.

Whenever they see evidence they don’t like, they ignore it.

It gets worse, then they conspire to shame any offending author, cut his funding, and often provide fake counter-arguments to preserve their status quo point of view. Ask Graham Hancock.

Is the Peer Review Process a Scam? – enago academy

www.enago.com/academy/is-peer-review-process-a-scam/

“In 2005, researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) created a software program called SCIgen that randomly combined strings of words to generate fake computer science papers. The objective of the exercise was to prove that the peer review process was fundamentally flawed and the conferences and journals would accept meaningless papers. After being notified by other researchers who were tracking those SCIgen papers, journals were still quietly pulling articles as late as 2014.”

I remember a story about French post-modern philosophers in the 1970s, who received a document from a renowned physicist who pranked them. He took all their, what Chomsky calls, unintelligibly garbled reasoning, and he rearranged and regurgitated all those fine words and blessed them with a kiss. That kiss was a tacit endorsement of their reasoning. They forgot to verify and corroborate what the physicist said before publishing it. They looked like fools.

Escobar: Get Ready For A Major Geopolitical Chessboard Rumble

What is left roaming our wilderness of mirrors depends on the mood swings of the Goddess of the Market. No wonder an effect of Eurasia integration will be a death blow to Bretton Woods and “democratic” neoliberalism…

Cont. from images:

This is China playing a long-distance game of go on steroids, incrementally making the best strategic decisions (allowing for margins of error, of course) to render the opponent powerless as he does not even realize he is under attack.

The New Silk Roads were launched by Xi Jinping five years ago, in Astana (the Silk Road Economic Belt) and Jakarta (the Maritime Silk Road). It took Washington almost half a decade to come up with a response. And that amounts to an avalanche of sanctions and tariffs. Not good enough.

Russia for its part was forced to publicly announce a show of mesmerizing weaponryto dissuade the proverbial War Party adventurers probably for good – while heralding Moscow’s role as co-driver of a brand new game.

On sprawling, superimposed levels, the Russia-China partnership is on a roll; recent examples include summits in Singapore, Astana and St. Petersburg; the SCO summit in Qingdao; and the BRICS Plus summit.

Were the European peninsula of Asia to fully integrate before mid-century – via high-speed rail, fiber optics, pipelines – into the heart of massive, sprawling Eurasia, it’s game over. No wonder Exceptionalistan elites are starting to get the feeling of a silk rope drawn ever so softly, squeezing their gentle throats.

The ABA Just Gave Brett Kavanaugh Its Highest Possible Rating

The American Bar Association’s (ABA) standing committee on the judiciary released its evaluation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh Friday, awarding him a unanimous “well-qualified” rating.

The ABA panel issues its evaluation based on a variety of measures including integrity, professional competence and judicial temperament.

“The committee’s objective is to provide impartial peer evaluations of the professional qualifications of judicial nominees in order to assist the Senate Judiciary Committee in assessing whether such individuals should be confirmed by the Senate,” an ABA memo detailing the process reads.

The ABA does not officially consider ideological factors, though some conservatives have accused the organization of bias. (RELATED: The Man Who Took Down Richard Nixon Will Testify Against Brett Kavanaugh)

The committee’s internal vetting procedures are wide-ranging and rigorous. Law professors are invited to review a candidate’s body of written work product, under the direction of a dean or a senior professor, while other committee members interview lawyers and judges who practice with the candidate.

The “well-qualified” rating is the highest score the ABA attaches to a nominee. Justice Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump’s first nominee to the high court, also received a “well-qualified” score.

The Trump White House, like previous Republican administrations, does not solicit input from the ABA before publicly naming nominees.
