The more I'm looking through the crumbs with those letters in the killbox, the more I'm thinking DECLAS wasn't the main point of that crumb.
My first thought was Trump making the play, I'll release these when x, y and z are also released. Trump makes the play that the public deserves full access to all records. Would really paint them into a corner.
