BOMBSHELL! President Trump Was Right – Obama Must Have Signed Off on FISA Warrant to Spy on Trump!

President Obama must have signed off on FISA warrant to spy on candidate and President Trump!

TGP reported over the weekend that it appears that the reason there was no FISA Court hearing on the Carter Page FISA warrant was because Obama’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch forced through the application per an obscure loophole in the law.

We next reported this Labor Day morning that if this is correct, then likely AG Sessions or Rosenstein pushed through any extensions after President Trump took office.

Now we’ve unlocked a bombshell and it’s worse!

President Obama would have had to approve the Carter Page warrant per law in order for the spying to proceed without a court hearing. The rule is described on page 7 of 1978 FISA Act!

The Act reads as follows –

“AUTHORIZATION FOR ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE FOR FOREIGN

INTELLIGENCE PURPOSES

Former CIA Director-turned-Twitter-troll John Brennan attacked President Trump once again in a tweet.

Brennan is completely unhinged; President Trump was right to pull his security clearance.

On Monday, President Trump celebrated the booming economy.

Trump tweeted, “The U.S. is respected again!” in response to White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders celebrating the booming economy.

Brennan lashed out at President Trump.

And we’re supposed to believe Brennan didn’t weaponize the intel agencies against Trump during the 2016 presidential election.

Brennan knows he’s in hot water as Spygate unravels.

John Brennan perjured himself in a May 2017 testimony to the House Intel Committee wherein he testified he didn’t know Hillary Clinton’s campaign paid for the dossier. Brennan also said the CIA didn’t rely on the dossier in any way for its reports on Russian meddling.

House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) said in late July in a Fox News appearance his Committee is seeking testimony from former CIA Director, John Brennan.
