POTUS should request Congress give him emergency powers to remove high-level bureaucrats immediately (such as could happen to non-government employees) due to suspicions. With this many high-level employees shown to be disloyal and even anti-POTUS (and anti-US, in my opinion), such powers are necessary to safeguard the operation of the federal executive.
