Level 2. A next-level message is that the fake dossier was used to obtain the warrants, a fraud upon the FISA court.

Level 3….n. Beyond that, how was the dossier paid for, how was the fake information obtained, who paid for it, who authorized it. This will lead to Obama, DNC, Hillary, possibly Browser's Russian company that Putin mentioned in the joint press conference, etc. This will also lead to the planned cover-up by bad actors in the FBI and DoJ, both during O's administration and ongoing. Pipeline Spills More Than 8,000 Gallons of Jet Fuel Into Indiana River

A pipeline spilled more than 8,000 gallons of jet fuel into an Indiana river, The Associated Press reported Sunday.

The affected river was St. Marys River in Decatur, which is a town of 9,500 people about 100 miles from Indianapolis.

Cleaning the spill could take weeks, Decatur Mayor Kenneth L. Meyer told the Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Journal Gazette.

The spill was first reported Friday night in a safety warning issued by the Decatur Police Department urging residents to avoid the area around the spill, local news outlet WANE reported Saturday.

Houston-based Buckeye Pipe Line Company, L.P., which owns the pipeline, confirmed the spill to WANE Saturday.

Company officials said there had been a failure Friday evening that had caused the spill.

"One of their workers discovered a pressure drop, went immediately to check on it and immediately shut it down," Allen County Homeland Security Director Bernie Beier told The Journal Gazette.

Beier told The Journal Gazette that booms were used to contain the spread of the fuel, which was being vacuumed off the top of the river.

"So the goal is to get as much of the product or the fuel off the top of the river before the rains get heavier, the waters rise and the currents get faster," Beier explained. "When the water becomes more turbulent, anything off the top tends to get sucked down with logs, sticks and debris. And they're really making great progress, they're getting a lot of fuel off the water," Beier said.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is also monitoring air quality around the spill site and the water quality downstream, The Associated Press reported.

However, Adams County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director John August told WANE that drinking water in Decatur shouldn't be impacted, because it is sourced from wells and not the river.

He said that the air might smell strange but that there was no danger.

Police warned Decatur residents not to smoke or light flames near the river, WANE reported.

For river-advocacy-group Save Maumee President Abigail Frost-King, the spill was a wake-up call about the importance of protecting rivers.

"I don't want there to come a time when things are too polluted that it may be too late," Frost-King told The Journal Gazette.

This is the second pipeline spill to impact an Indiana waterway within the past six months.

A pipeline owned by Marathon Petroleum Corporation leaked 42,000 gallons of diesel into Big Creek in Posey Creek, Indiana in March.

The spill also comes as there is increased mobilization against new oil and gas pipelines over concerns about their local environmental impact and contribution to climate change.

A Twitter account dedicated to opposing the controversial Mountain Valley Pipeline in Virginia and West Virginia posted a link to news of the Indiana spill with a message for Virginia Governor Ralph Northam.

Two killed after armed militants storm Libya’s state oil corporation HQ in Tripoli

Two workers at Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) have been killed after a militant attack on the company’s headquarters in Tripoli on Monday, according to local law enforcement. They say two of the attackers were also killed.

Democratic SuperPAC Files ‘Perjury Charges’ Against Brett Kavanaugh. There’s Just One BIG Problem.

A group calling itself "The Democratic Coalition" "filed" what they called "perjury charges" with the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Saturday, claiming that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh committed perjury in his Senate confirmation hearings.

They were very excited about the charges, and even added that they planned to take the case directly to the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, where it would be heard by none other than former Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland.

There are a few problems. For starters, one can't simply "file" perjury charges: that's the U.S. government's job in cases where someone may have intentionally lied under oath in a federal hearing. The U.S. attorney general typically does not follow up on random complaints lodged with its fax machine during off hours and over weekends by issuing a warrant for the subject's immediate arrest and detention.

Then, there's the matter of Merrick Garland. He's a court of appeals judge, which means he won't be hearing an immediate plea to censure Kavanaugh for what The Democratic Coalition calls "ethical violations." Those would need to be filed with the body that holds Kavanaugh's law license, not a United States District Court, and certainly not a court that only takes cases up on appeal from an earlier judicial decision.

Former Mayor Mike Bloomberg has been reinstated as a defendant in a civil case brought against his financial data empire, Bloomberg LP, by a former employee who claims she was raped by a manager.

The explosive 2016 suit, filed by an unidentified former employee, claims the billionaire former New York City mayor was partly responsible for a toxic culture at Bloomberg that led to her assault.

In a five-page order on Monday, Justice Fernando Tapia ruled that he had “misapprehended” New York’s human rights law in December 2017 when he’d removed Bloomberg, the CEO of his namesake financial data company, from the case.

In that earlier decision, the judge ruled that the woman, who goes by Margaret Doe in the suit, didn’t meet the three “prongs” of the human rights law to argue her case — and that Mayor Mike had no connection to the case.

On Monday, however, the judge wrote that the woman only has to meet one of the three prongs — and that she had by showing Bloomberg had “ownership interest or any power to do more than carry out personnel decisions made by others.”

Margaret Doe didn’t need to show that the former mayor had known of the behavior or failed to take action, the judge ruled.

“At this stage, as no discovery has taken place, it is unknown the extent of his involvement with the decision-making process at Bloomberg [LP],” the judge wrote of the former mayor.

“It is unknown his alleged role if any in creating, encouraging, and condoning a culture at Bloomberg [LP] that plaintiff asserts caused her claims of civil rights violation, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment,” he added.

The woman claims her manager Nick Ferris raped her twice in early 2013, plied her with drugs, and threatened her job if she wouldn’t sleep with him, according to the 2016 suit.

Bloomberg fired Ferris in 2015, after the woman went on leave from the company. Ferris has not been charged with any crime.

Macron's Envoy to Attend Meeting of 'Small Group' on Syria in Geneva - Sources

GENEVA (Sputnik) - Special envoy of French President Emmanuel Macron on the Syrian issue Francois Senemaud will attend the meeting of the so-called Small Group on Syria with UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura on September 14 in Geneva, two sources close to the talks told Sputnik on Monday.

Senemaud was named Macron's personal representative for Syria in June. Previously he served as the French ambassador to Iran.

"French special envoy for Syria will come for the small group meeting," one source close to the talks told Sputnik.

The other source confirmed that Senemaud would attend the talks.

US Special Representative for Syria Engagement James Jeffrey and Special Envoy Joel Rayburn will also attend the Small Group's meeting with de Mistura, according to the State Department.

De Mistura will meet with senior diplomats from the Small Group on Syria — Egypt, France, Germany, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States — a few days after the consultations with the guarantor states of de-escalation zones in Syria — Russia, Turkey and Iran — in Geneva. The talks with guarantors are taking place on September 10-11 with focus on the constitutional commission creation. Idlib situation is also likely to be reviewed.

With the small group, de Mistura will also discuss the United Nations' effort to establish a constitutional committee in the country.

The decision to set up the commission, tasked with introducing changes to the country’s constitution, was made at the Syrian National Dialogue Congress in the Russian resort city of Sochi in January. De Mistura, who is in charge of forming the commission, is expected to single out some 40 people from 150 candidates from guarantor countries, government, opposition groups and civil society.

In a recent filing, Keith Raniere’s attorneys implied I had sources within the DOJ/FBI Eastern District NY who improperly leaked information to me. This is false.

I have never spoken with anyone at the DOJ EDNY.

This does not prevent me from getting information about their activities. For instance, when FBI agents descend into NXIVM Village – as they did recently – people see them and tell me. When they speak to a subject, a target, a witness or persons of interest – which they did since the superseding indictment – sources get this info to me and I know who they spoke with and sometimes what they spoke about.

This is not leaked by FBI agents or lawyers at the DOJ – but by people who were interviewed – directly or indirectly. It can’t be helped. I have a network of sources. And people talk. They talk to friends. They talk to people they think are friends. They talk to people who really are friends who secretly want them out of the cult and cooperating with law enforcement instead of taking a fall for Keith Raniere.

And people talk to people who talk to people who talk to more people. As Franklin said, “Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead.”

I learn many things from sources. For instance – the FBI is continuing to investigate. The FBI did not tell me this. They would never talk to me. Even if they wanted to leak – they would never talk to me – an adversary of the chief target, a man who is [falsely] indicted by the DOJ in another district.

If they talked to me, their case might blow up.

They don’t need to talk to me for me to know they interviewed people since the last indictment – in July – and by the nature of who they spoke to, I can discern where this is going.

I know many of the crimes committed by the Bronfman-Raniere criminal enterprise. Without bragging – I brought many of those crimes to light. And I know the DOJ does not have the manpower or resources to spend time on anything unless they are fairly certain it is going to lead to charges.

So this is what I know and confidently believe: The investigation is not over and there will be more charges and more defendants. People are still being interviewed – and more will likely be interviewed in the future.

I am not going to name them.
