As much as I would like the declas to be now/tomorrow/this week, it makes more sense for it to be released when the general public is not distracted with an incoming hurricane. Timing matters, so expectation management is now in place. IF there is destruction in the aftermath, and IF the NG is called to assist, I would then bet that the timing would be right.
Arrests have to be made BEFORE they announce it. Hurricane is the perfect cover no?
