Facts:
Observatory provides good line of sight coms into Holloman and Alamogordo. Perhaps even as far away as Juarez.
Ammunition and CBRN Equipment Stolen from Fort Hood which is about 500 miles away from Sunspot NM.

Theory: Maybe Sunspot was used as a base of operation for a rogue cell to stage an NBC event in or steal CBRN materials from Alamogordo for use elsewhere.
It may have nothing to do with the potential solar storm.
