Back in the 90's my sister, a nurse saw a simple memo on the surgeon's desk.. It read; For surgeons eyes only.. It then went on about how they were going to stop the supply of Penicillin because it was; "too effective". Several years after.. They stopped giving Penicillin and gave alternatives instead.
