I would imagine the cabal's structure is like any other structure - relatively fragile with a big enough hit. A large company can be hit really hard with a 10% shock to their income if it is fast enough. It appears the cabal is being hit from all angles all at once (relatively.) I expect them to be almost completely disabled in short order if there is follow-through on all of this.
