I did the pharmanaut thing for a few years with Celexa. (Paxil is poison, I knew people who killed themselves on that shit.) It goes away after a while, at least it did with me.

I went to AA for a year when I wanted to stop drinking. Yes, it's a cult, but I got a lot of good out of it, psychology-wise. Turns out I have an addictive personality. I just know I can't handle booze and have to watch it with other things. For instance I quit pot in November; I was living in BC and going to the dispensary all the time, then I took a job in New York City and had to stop because of the border. (I'm going back to Canada and blazing up in a few weeks.) If you can't handle it, don't do it. My main problem these days is actually cheese.
