I haven't been able to replicate that in any traceroute I've done, and I've tried from several different sources available on public looking glasses. The IP range for 8ch.net belongs to Cloudflare, and we've seen Cloudflare error messages numerous times when the board is overwhelmed.
Not saying it's not possible, just that I'd like to see more confirmation that this company is actually providing service for 8chan.
If Q is providing network reinforcements to 8chan to ensure survivability, I'm sure they have adequate OpsSec, DDOS defenses, mirror sites, and load-balancing configurations that can't be ID'd easily.
I'm not digging any deeper than what's publicly available.
