between what you know and what you do not, the largest territory is what you do not.
When you know of a portion of that territory (the do-not-know region), you become aware of what you do not know. This is the first step to knowing.
A dangerous situation to find yourself in - is when you believe that you have flipped a portion of the unknown to the known.
When that portion was defined as unknown, you were still open to learning.
Now that that portion has been redefined to KNOWN, you are less open to learning.
