"Graveyard baker" has switched to days,
heading to bed now (been up 20 some hrs kek)
I might be able to bake when I wake up
7/8ish ET tomorrow, but otherwise will be
workfagging most weekdays for awhile.
If an aspiring baker would like to bake around 7/8ish ET tomorrow I can spot you & answer questions. Or you can try one earlier than that when one of the night bakers or BO can spot you. We need more bakers to cover graveyard/earlyAM. Any Euro/Aussie/NZ Anons able to help? Don't you wanna represent? Think of the stories for the grandkids m8! We already had a couple newbs earn their wings this week, you'll have a whole cohort to learn with.
