Replicate the letter yourself in Word, 11-point Calibri, 1-inch margins, half-inch indent on first line (default settings when you start a blank Word document).
Note how all the words line up with the scan.

Make sure you are not mistaking them for lines where the last word (nearly) reaches the right margin. Try it in Word yourself. 11-point Calibri, 1-inch margins.
