Deir Yassin: There was no massacre

A founding myth of the Palestinian narrative was a fabrication that drove thousands of Arabs to panic and flee

Deir Yassin is one of the founding myths of the Palestinian narrative, according to which Israelis murdered 254 people, committed rapes, and other gender-oriented atrocities in a peaceful 1948 Palestinian village. For the past five years, I have carried out an in-depth research into the affair, learned to know the village, who lived there and where, their names, and above all, the exact circumstances of death of each of the people killed there. The results were astounding, but clear. There was no massacre in Deir Yassin. No rapes. Lots of unfounded Palestinian propaganda.

On 9 April 1948, combined forces of the Jewish Etzel and Lehi underground organizations attacked Deir Yassin, an Arab village west of Jerusalem. It was four months after the eruption of hostilities between Jews and Arabs in Palestine, and about a month before the termination of the British mandate and the establishment of the State of Israel. The nature of this attack became one of the most controversial issues in the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict, serving the Palestinians as a proof for Israeli inhumanity. For almost seven decades, an anti-Israeli biased literature described it as an intentional and deliberate massacre of defenseless Arab villagers, accompanied by rapes and other atrocities.

New Yorker: Brett Kavanaugh Exposed Himself at Freshman Party; Kavanaugh Denies

The New Yorker reported a new accusation Sunday evening against Judge Brett Kavanaugh: that as a college freshman at Yale University, a drunken Kavanaugh “exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party,” and that when she tried to push him away in her drunken condition she accidently touched his penis.

The article, by Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer, comes hours after Christine Balsey Ford agreed to testify Thursday about an allegation that Kavanaugh groped her in high school.

Kavanaugh denies the allegation, in a statement reported by the New Yorker: “This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen. The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple. I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name–and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime building–against these last-minute allegations.” The White House called it “the latest in a coordinated smear campaign by the Democrats designed to tear down a good man.”

Farrow and Mayer admit that Deborah Ramirez, the woman making the accusation, acknowledges being drunk at the party where she alleges the incident occurred, and that “her memories contained gaps.” They also note: “The New Yorker has not confirmed with other eyewitnesses that Kavanaugh was present at the party. The magazine contacted several dozen classmates of Ramirez and Kavanaugh regarding the incident. Many did not respond to interview requests; others declined to comment, or said they did not attend or remember the party.”

One classmate of Ramirez, who declined to be named, said that he was told later about the party and that he remembered being told that Kavanaugh had behaved as described. Others had apparently also heard similar stories but not the names of those involved.

However, a woman who described herself as Ramirez’s best friend at the time told the New Yorker that she never heard about the story: “I was never told this story by her, or by anyone else. It never came up. I didn’t see it; I never heard of it happening.”

Farrow and Mayer also explore other allegations about wild behavior involving “Kavanaugh and his social scene,” without connecting him to further allegations.

They note that Kavanaugh had previously told the Senate Judiciary Committee, in response to a standard question from Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) that he had never committed any sexual misconduct as a “legal adult.” Kavanaugh would have been 18 at the time of the alleged incident.

The first allegation has obviously failed. Too many holes in the original story…not a real person as she hasn't even come forward just a couple leftist attorneys known for their anti-Trump rhetoric and RESIST movement activity. Enter Sunday, last minute "NEW" allegations by a Deborah Ramirez, see my search that I just did, every media outlet has the same story about her. I think they are trying to get a ahead of the 4 am talking points, trying to shift the narrative (as usual in their favor), they are positively unequivocally in panic mode.

Teen Dies After Triple Shooting in Gun-Free London

A teenager has died and two more injured after a deadly shooting in east London, sparking a murder probe and continuing London’s bloody crime wave.

Officers were scrambled and friends rushed the 19-year-old man to the hospital after the incident in Walthamstow, at about 11 pm on Saturday, police said.

They said they “believe they know his identity, but await formal identification and confirmation that next of kin have been informed”. No arrests have been made.

A 17-year-old boy and a 24-year-old man were also seriously injured in the shooting. However their injuries are not life-threatening, the Evening Standard reports.

A resident who lives in a flat overlooking the crime scene said he woke up to find police vehicles and officers blocking off both ends of Vallentin Road.

The gun death comes less than a day after a young man, 20, was killed in a “senseless” stabbing at a house party in north-east London.

The victim, named online by his DJ name Nana Banger, was fatally stabbed at an 18th birthday party in Stamford Hill.

A 17-year-old male also suffered from stab wounds and a 24-year-old male was found with a head injury. Both were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Detective Chief Inspector Andrew Packer from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, who is leading the investigation, commented:

“Another family has been left devastated by the senseless loss of a young life to knife crime, and we’re doing all we can to bring those responsible to justice.

US President Donald Trump has given his first detailed public comment concerning a report on Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s alleged proposal to secretly record the president last year.

Just my take on TRUST GRASSLEY. I was aware of Grassley before Q ever started posting, just because of his push to give the OIG its' power back after they had been essentially neutered by the Obama administration. The stories I read over time pretty much showed how Horowitz basically convinced Grassley and a few others that Congress had no oversight and was powerless to do anything. This caused Congress to pass the OIG Empowerment Act which allowed the IG to have access to documents they could only request for before. IMHO, this whole "movie" has been playing out over the last few years, but only now are we getting a bigger picture.
