I don't think so. The 'e' in 'He' at the end of the line is lower than the other letters on the line. I think they selected that sentence and upped the font size of emphasis and sloppily also got the first letter in 'He'.
Relax. This will have no impact on anything.
His confirmation is no longer about Row v Wade or any judicial philosophy. It is not a vote on whether senators believe her. And only 1 in 4 voters believe any of it. So what would happen if the D seceded in blocking him? They would lose every midterm race. And they know it.
