Since when does the FBI swoop in anywhere with a blackhawk for KP? No one at the observatory has been arrested for anything. The initial claims of environmental hazards were clearly fraudulent because hazmat never showed. Since when has the FBI been shy about talking about KP? Since when does the FBI do a KP investigation leaving all computers on site, visible via windows?
