They all do, but here's the thing;

Trump is authentic, regardless. His words are spoken in just, not jest. We've been watching professional speech givers for so long that to get a genuine person up there, and occasionally going off-queue (in true Trump fashion), give a refreshing feel to his message(s).

Just to point out, you can tell when he's off teleprompter because that's when he's usually looking straighter on into the crown, with either a point, or fist shake, or "It's true…" or "100%…" or something like that. Well written speeches that he likely gets to review for edits. When he's on teleprompter, he's slightly to his right or left. All high-profile speech givers have these "tells". Watch an Obama speech. He's rarely off teleprompter. When he is, you can tell he's-he's-he's-he's-Okie doke?

>To reform Separation of Powers.

One of the best points, here, actually. What was that recent Sessions announcement that neutered all those liberal judges by weaponizing lawyers against them?

AUDIBLY KEK'D. Thank you for this! Reminds me of the "Developers, developers, developers, developers" skit with Ballmer. That fake bastard. It was funny watching his 800lbs ass nearly break his ankle trying to feign joy and excitement.
