WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A suspect is in custody after an American diplomat was found dead at home while serving in Madagascar, the U.S. State Department said on Monday.

Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said in a statement the U.S. foreign service officer was found during the overnight hours of Friday. She gave no further details.

In a stunning vote of "no confidence" in the US monopoly over global payment infrastructure, one month ago Germany’s foreign minister Heiko Maas called for the creation of a new payments system independent of the US that would allow Brussels to be independent in its financial operations from Washington and as a means of rescuing the nuclear deal between Iran and the west.

Writing in the German daily Handelsblatt, Maas said "Europe should not allow the US to act over our heads and at our expense. For that reason it’s essential that we strengthen European autonomy by establishing payment channels that are independent of the US, creating a European Monetary Fund and building up an independent Swift system," he wrote.

Maas said it was vital for Europe to stick with the Iran deal. "Every day the agreement continues to exist is better than the highly explosive crisis that otherwise threatens the Middle East," he said, with the unspoken message was even clearer: Europe no longer wants to be a vassal state to US monopoly over global payments, and will now aggressively pursue its own "SWIFT" network that is not subservient to Washington's every whim.

Many discounted the proposal as being far too aggressive: after all, a direct assault on SWIFT, and Washington, would be seen by the rest of the world as clear mutiny against a US-dominated global regime, and could potentially spark a crisis of confidence in the reserve status of the dollar, resulting in unpredictable, and dire, consequences.

However, despite the diplomatic consequences, Europe was intent on creating some loophole to the US ability to weaponize the global currency of account at will, something observed most recently as part of Trump's latest sanctions on Iran, and as a result, late on Monday, the European Union said that it would establish a special payment channel to allow European and other companies to legally continue financial transactions with Iran while avoiding exposure to U.S. sanctions.

The move, as the WSJ notes, "is a direct rebuke of President Trump’s policy on Iran and his decision to withdraw from the nuclear deal in May," and sets the stage for a confrontation between the U.S. and Europe over the treatment of Iran, the payment for Iran oil, and potentially, jeopardizing the reserve currency status of the dollar itself.

While keeping SWIFT as is, for now, the EU's foreign-policy head Federica Mogherini side by side with Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif announced a "special purpose vehicle" jointly, in English and Farsi, after a meeting at the U.N. of the parties still committed to the deal—Iran, EU, U.K., France, Germany, Russia and China. Business Tycoon and Former Politician Arrested for Poisoning Homeless Encampment

Former politician and real estate tycoon Ron Alleva was arrested for spreading toxic chemicals in a popular homeless encampment near the headquarters of his business in Anchorage, Alaska, Grubstake Auction. Alleva was charged with reckless endangerment, pollution of land/air/water and unauthorized pesticide distribution, according to KTVA.

Alleva confessed to police that he told his employees to sprinkle chlorine bleach powder through a homeless encampment that is located near Brother Francis Shelter and Bean’s Café where the homeless often receive help.

Alleva has had an ongoing dispute with homeless people in the area and his been very vocal about his displeasure that they live near his property.

In the past Alleva has referred to the homeless people in the neighborhood as “vermin” and “subhuman.”

They reportedly dumped at least 75 gallons of the chemical in the disputed area.

Alleva claimed that received permission from the Municipality of Anchorage, but they deny that they ever spoke with him or authorized his actions.

It is unlikely that they would have authorized dumping of this chemical considering that it is designated as a hazardous chemical by the EPA.

“When improperly mixed with water Zappit off-gasses a hazardous vapor that could cause severe injury. Due to the toxic nature of Zappit, the Hazardous Materials United initiated cleanup immediately to prevent any further spreading of the product and prior to rainfall to prevent the product off-gassing and from running off into the story trains,” court documents said.

A response from Alleva’s attorney expressed no remorse about his actions, but just offered complaints about homeless people living near his business.

“They have deliberately chosen to engage in activities that are designed to attract, and that do attract, large numbers of homeless persons to the neighborhood near Mr. Alleva’s business. Those homeless persons have created massive problems in the area, including trespasses on Mr. Alleva’s property, the strewing of large amounts of garbage, including bio-hazardous materials such as syringes, used condoms, and fecal matter, on and around his property, and committing assaults on persons on and around his property,” the response said, according to KTVA.

In a later phone interview, Alleva said that he thinks he did a good thing.

“It‘s E. coli, you‘re talking bedbugs, lice — I mean, everything was falling there, including street people. If you ask me straight up, I did a good thing. I have a clear conscience,” Alleva said.

Bean’s Café and the Brother Francis Shelter have attempted to get a restraining order against Alleva, alleging that he threatened employees and patrons with violence, but the order was denied.

Ron Alleva moved into the neighborhood several years ago when the homeless encampments had already been established in the area. The shelter was operated for years before Alleva bought property in town and attempting to change it.

According to recent reports, the city is in the process of buying land in the area from Alleva for large sums of money.

Assistant Fire Chief Erich Scheunemann disagrees.

“It can cause skin burns. If it’s inhaled it can cause respiratory depression. So there is some concerns with cleaners in general. It’s just not something that you want to be exposed to,” Scheunemann said.

Not everyone in USA has the same religious beliefs.

In this country everyone has 1st Amendment rights to Freedom of Religion. Therefore you can’t use a religious argument to solve a civil and biological and social and economic dilemma.

Also the DNA father would legally have to take financial responsibility for both. Ideally for the mother up until the child is 5 years and the child for 18 yrs. So his take home income should be garnished about 25% during those years, which would require him to register with the State every year for 18 years and prohibit moving out of the country and be imprisoned if there is a lapse.

If the State demands birth then the State and its citizens must be responsible for the outcome of that edict.

US Soldier Sentenced to 11 Years for Making Chemical Weapon - Justice Dept.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – A US soldier who constructed a bomb to dispense chlorine gas and then detonated the device in a wooded area next to his base has been sentenced to 11 years in prison, the Department of Justice announced in a press release on Tuesday.

"Ryan Keith Taylor, 24, of New Llano, Louisiana, was sentenced by US District Judge Jay C. Zainey for producing, possessing, and using a chemical weapon in violation of federal law," the release said.

The 11-year sentence will be followed by five years of supervised parole, the release said.

The release made no mention of Taylor’s motive, but offered details of an April 12, 2017 detonation of the device in a national forest adjacent to Fort Polk in the state of Louisiana.

When military police began collecting samples at the blast site, one investigator filled a plastic bag with a rock coated in an unknown substance, the release noted. The bag immediately popped, and the investigator’s plastic gloves and boots began to melt.

During the course of the investigation, law enforcement agents found bomb-making notes, materials and chemical residue in Taylor’s vehicle, apartment and storage building, according to the release. Two victims who inhaled the chlorine gas were treated multiple times for their injuries and effectively ended their military careers.

Last night, they presented the latest Kavanaugh scandal: his yearbook. Apparently Kavanaugh wrote something rude in his 12th grade yearbook. This is supposed to have some sort of significance, though nobody can quite explain why.

Meanwhile, Christine Ford is raising new "concerns" about the hearing that has already been pushed back and adjusted multiple times to accommodate her every whim and desire. It's becoming increasingly likely that no hearing will ever take place or was ever going to take place. This has all been a cynical delay tactic by Democrats. Besides, they've declared that they believe both of Kavanaugh's accusers. What's the point of a hearing if Kavanaugh has already been convicted as a sex predator?

Michael Avenatti says that Kavanaugh was the ring leader of a roving band of gang rapists, and he can prove it. Well, he was going to prove it, but now he might not. But, again, why prove it? All Democrats have to do is make the accusation. Evidence, witnesses, corroboration – these are irrelevant details. They certainly are irrelevant to the far left mobs who are accosting Republican politicians and chasing them out of restaurants. Democrats have given up even the pretense of honesty or discernment. They have plunged headfirst into outright nihilism.

And why? Why are Democrats disgracing themselves with such reckless abandon? Well, it's no coincidence that Supreme Court nominations became this sort of feeding frenzy after Roe v Wade. This is about many things, but it is mostly about protecting their right to kill babies. Whatever Brett Kavanaugh did or didn't do in high school or college, the real crime he committed – the only crime Democrats care about – is his failure to bow before the blood-soaked altar of the abortion industry.

It is important to keep this in mind as we watch the spectacle. Democrats are primarily upset that Kavanaugh might help prevent the continued systematic slaughter of children. If Kavanaugh was in favor of killing babies, they wouldn't care if he was an admitted serial rapist. If Kavanaugh had the "right" view on abortion, he could have brutally raped a woman in a hotel room and left her bruised and bleeding. He could have driven off a bridge with a woman in the car and left her there to die a slow and agonizing death. The Democrat Party is untethered from any traditional notions of morality or human decency.
