In Australia pedos are called rock spiders in prison… One punishment is getting a pvc pipe or hose and put barbed wire in the middle, insert up the pedos arse and pull out the hose (either leaving the barbed wire still inside, OR they can pull it out for them).. They usually ball the wire up at the end so it grabs well ;)
