Have our military utilize the extra funding allotted to them to purchase the wall, a full and complete wall that covers the entire southern border of the US. It will take about 4-5 years to build, so the expenditure aggregated over time would be about $5 billion per year. This is well within the excess military allotment. My reasoning on how this could be possible begins from Article 4, Section 4, with the Governmentโ€™s mandate to protect the States against Invasion. The primary tool most people would believe to be effective for this role would be utilization of our military to secure our border. That sounds great, except the Democrats and all the Normies would really freak out if the POTUS deployed active military troops on U.S. soil to directly engage in what is seen as a largely civilian law enforcement action. How can we overcome this freak out? It really is so simple. Think about it, the military builds base installations and facilities on U.S. soil all the time, as part of our national defense strategy. Just as the military contracts out this construction to qualified civilian companies, so should they too be able to do this for the entire wall. They are merely building an installation that the Secretary of Defense has determined to be in the interest of national security. This wall installation would have all the latest military grade tech, can be utilized and monitored by the DHS/CBP, and such monitoring would also be connected to our military in case of a national emergency or war. Upkeep of the wall could be contracted out or performed by the Army Core of Engineers or perhaps even the local state National Guard.

A Hong Kong flagged cargo ship departed South Carolina in July carrying 6,000 pounds of human remains valued at $67,204. The containerโ€™s temperature was set to 5 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent the parts from spoiling. Relatives of the dead, meanwhile, did not realize their loved onesโ€™ remains were being dismembered and sent to Europe and elsewhere, the report notes.

 

Body brokers like Oregon-based MedCure rely on lax regulations to export heads, shoulders, knees and toes to Mexico, China, Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, among several other countries. Plastic surgeons in Germany use heads to practice new techniques, while thousands of parts are shipped overseas annually.

โ€œThere are people who wouldnโ€™t necessarily mind where the specimens were sent if they were fully informed,โ€ Brandi Schmitt, who directs a body donation system at the University of California, told reporters about the trade, which is still shrouded in mystery. โ€œBut clearly there are plenty of donors that do mind and that donโ€™t feel like theyโ€™re getting enough information.โ€

 

The FBI raided MedCure in November, which culminated in a federal investigation.

 

โ€œMedCure is committed to meeting and exceeding the highest standards in the industry. It takes very seriously its obligation to not only deliver safe specimens securely, but to do it in a way that respects the donors,โ€ said the companyโ€™s lawyer, Jeffrey Edelson, who declined to comment on the nature of the raid.

 

Families of those on in the ships were shocked to hear that their husbands, fathers, and daughters were shipped overseas.

 

Marie Gallegos, whose husbandโ€™s head was shipped to a dental school in Israel months after he died of a heart attack, told reporters that she โ€œshould have read the fine printโ€ of the forms she signed allowing his parts to be donated for science and research.

 

โ€œHad I known that my husbandโ€™s head was over there, I would have waited to have the ceremony,โ€ she said. โ€œIf they really wanted my husbandโ€™s body for these purposes, they should have told me upfront and verbally.โ€

 

Regulators are also concerned the parts might be infected with HIV or some other highly infectious disease. There is a disconnect between what the industry and government believe is dangerous, Matthew Zahn, chairman of the public health committee for the Infectious Diseases Society of America, told reporters.

 

โ€œItโ€™s a situation where we donโ€™t have a huge amount of regulation or clarity as to what the risks are,โ€ Zahn said. โ€œIt feels like one of those cracks in the system where a practice has developed, and the risk factors and oversight have not fully matured.โ€

 

Current regulations cover body parts intended for transplant, such as hearts and livers, which has allowed some unsavory elements of the industry to bubble to the top.

 

FBI investigators raided the warehouse of another so-called Body Broker last year and found a grisly discovery. Court papers reveal the building, owned and operated by businessman Arthur Rathburn, was littered with dead flies, dog bowls, and human remains frozen together in huge โ€œchunks.โ€

 

Rathburnโ€™s business, International Biological Inc (IBI), became a target after routine border stops that found he was ferrying human heads to Mexico on their way to forlorn parts of the globe, court records show. The jury ultimately found Rathburn guilty of fraud for supplying his customers with body parts infected with HIV and hepatitis.

 

โ€œThe fraud scheme orchestrated by IBI shocked even the most experienced of our investigative team,โ€ FBI special-agent-in-charge David Gelios told reporters. Yes, it is very well done. At one point Q did state that their messages are carefully crafted in advance. Well right, with so many moving parts (large[country] to small [bit players]) it is complex to say the least. But obviously there is a WW network embedded not only in govt/intel but business & ngos helping at choke points and control points across the board, as well as embeds in the oppo's camp. This was clearly planned for quite a while before beginning.

It required one major thing first:

When that reached a certain threshold, a key phrase was given and pressure from above could start to be employed. (think of a pair of pliers) I remember it and will for the rest of my life.

As far as planning & contingencies - having access to vast amounts of information (and processing power) and being able to analyze it in real-time and therefore "know thine enemy" ensures an upper hand and planning becomes a bit simpler.

I am in awe and very proud of them, it's going well and will continue as it is now at the point of no return. So very many traps were laid along the way in different sectors that were created so the oppo would seem to "win" at that point, but it was laced with poison and that set up further traps (and failures for oppo) later on. There is a cumulative effect in evidence now. So many traps have been sprung that are only now are being recognized for what they were, and the control is slipping away at an exponential rate. That control cannot be regained at this point. It's far too late to switch agendas, and they really had no Plan B anyway (they never thought she would lose).

So we will see the visible panic will only increase, and so will lashing out, but it will be minimized as much as possible.

It's good to win after such a long time.

I know I'm not the only one who's watched things unfold over the last decade or so and wondered why the hell one idiot or another got some important job in government. My dad would call them all 'turkeys' and I had to agree with him even though we're on opposite ends of the political spectrum.

I'm sure there may have been some noble-minded folks behind the creation of the CIA and there likely still are some good ladies and gents working there, but the Clowns were infiltrated by bad actors early on. The agency was always too powerful. Get a few megalomaniacs working behind the scenes to seize influence and power within that agency and you had lots of $$$ and important people backing you up no matter what disgusting things you were up to. It was a tempting target for the cabal from day 1. From there it was only a matter of patience and time (we know how much patience (((they))) have) and they could start infiltrating every other agency in government (as well as other countries).
