Perhaps POTUS could direct some of the ethanol production to go to consumers. "Purple Jesus" was a party drink when I was in college.
Recipe:
1 reasonably clean garbage can
fruit and fruit juice
lots of crushed ice
Everclear
It usually turned out purple in color and you definitely saw Jesus after about 2 glasses of it.
