It's this "You have the right to be free from pain." or some shit. Nah and it isn't even possible. Woke up from an osteotomy, ulna cut in two, nothing on earth can possibly touch that level of pain and fentanyl in recovery just made me wanna nod off. Didn't kill pain. I could chug norco all day and my wrist will still hurt. I'd just be so lit up that I wouldn't care. Gimme ibuprofen any day over an opiate. Won't develop tolerance and won't have to self-detox myself. That or a bunch of good weed. Even been playing with hemp-based CBD for pain and anxiety. Get some isolate and mix it into some e-juice, administer sublingually. ANYTHING other than goddamn opiates (and benzos, for that matter).
Two words, medicinal cannabis. Wonder how many people truly believe pot is worse than norco. And if any of those people have ever been on norco/vicodin/percocet/etc. Probably not. Ever. Even tramadol. My hand surgeon scripted me some because he said it isn't addictive and no withdrawal so imagine my surprise when I tried to stop cold turkey. Hell. Majority of doctors don't have a fuckin clue what they're doing. Pharmacists know this shit is an epidemic but can't override the doctor.
