Q did say we were over the target, but not nec on top of the target. Have you guys checked the names on either side of said target? Perhaps its one of those and we are over near the target. Just a thought
There has been a ton of arrest of low level and even some mid level pedos and most still dont care. It is going to take a BIG name to get anyones attention
