Q refers a lot to movies, so my best guess is he is in the know of this as well.

The 3 posts in a row from Q are about cures for diseases like cancer.
The post directly after that refers to the EBS alert.
Last night an alert was sent out with a spoken text. It's a few sentences from a poem of Edna St. Vincent Millay.
Bird and wing together
Go down, one feather.
I looked further and found the text also was used in the movie "Autum in New York", with Richard Gere and Wynona Rider.
Wynona plays a young woman who dies of cancer. Richard Gere whispers the poem into her ear just before she's taken to surgery.
You can watch/listen here: https:// youtu.be/uJb9x7KM5mw?t=1h30m2s
So, I'm pretty much sure the 4 posts from Q, with the cancer and EBS references are linked to the actual Emergency messaging test with the spoken words of Richard Gere.
This way he lets us know POTUS/Q team are in control of it and no one else.
