I like the idea behind this, but I still think RR and RM are incapable of doing anything outside of what POTUS and Q want them to do. They are inextricably tied to nasty dealings in our nation's past. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to know they were good-guy sleeper cells, but I'm not buying it. It would, however, fit the "disinfo is necessary" statements from Q.
Aside from that, I'm reminded that RM's meeting with POTUS re: FBI director position that he was not qualified for. That meeting, in my opinion, was POTUS and team revealing the plan to him, and that he'd stay in his swim lane and do what he was told, or else. Same for RR because of the reminder of the confirmation vote comparison between him and Sessions.
Again, though, you could flip that for the disinfo theory, and it'd possibly work.

So, look up the real definition of Semite. It's hard to nail down, is it not?
