we know the stationary ones (ie non orbital) that move, following suspects, and can tell who/what they are tracking, by where they are, in our skies. they are ON IT.
sleeping better when we can see them, though sometimes we cannot due to weather – although they can always see us.
and yes, we do wave at them nightly, and hold up signs periodically. :P
