SEMI-ANNUAL REPORTS DUE OUT NOW TO CONGRESS

Fiscal year end was 9/30 - Every 6 months all of the Agencies do a report to congress. Looking at last year's dates that is about NOW.

i.e. IG Horowitz will be releasing more reports
