This country has a strong history of legal executions. While I was sleeping/sheeping I thought it went out of vogue because we are more "civilized." But now that I am awake, I realize it was taken away to encourage rampant criminality. Not saying everyone who commits crime should be necked, but hey, mass shooters seem to be worthy canidates.
