You cant reach everyone if your movement isnt appealing to them. Meaning everyone is different and not interested in the same things. .. If you want to reach a person thats not interested in politics you have to find what they can identify with. Sports, music, movies. And so many people out there still believe that they can only trust their community. You cant win them over by just calling for unity, they dont trust you. You need leaders in their communities that trust you and can bring the Message and have the people listen to them.
