Congress & all of DC know all about the blatant corruption. That is what Mueller is out to squash, or minimize over time so that DOJ never delivers justice upon itself. Let's see what Huber comes up with, as Horowitz is having to play both sides to the middle.
As for Sessions, if he were to handing off to Huber for review, both are just doing their jobs, but 'trusting Sessions' is wearing thin. Jeff is good at enforcement, but he is not a corruption take down sort of individual. Not sure about Wray either, he seems a bit too wimpy to effect much of a change at the FBI.
Running into the line of fire is for combat heroes, and there are far too few in DC and in the country for that matter.
