Those guys carrying the guns handing out money are Hired ….. They are to comfortable with the public … I am retired law enforcement those guys I don’t believe are Gang members …. They are either retired or Off duty Police or armed security …….. They handle the public constantly it shows in their demeanor …. Watch how calm they are …. Gangbangers are not calm

If you watch video of men handing out cash they are not hiding it …. They know they are being videotaped and acknowledge camera … You think MS13 would want to be filmed ?
